ARON GAUDET

Award-winning director, Aron Gaudet, has directed nine films in the United States, Jordan, and India. He is co-directing Dungby Productions' feature-length film, The Human Toll, which has been getting national attention. Aron was the director on India: A New Life ( a PBS-Frontline World production), The Elephant Bath, Diary of a Refugee, The Women of Barda, BLUR and OUCH!, which was a selection in the South Asian International Film Festival in New York City and the Waterfront Film Festival in Saugatuck, Michigan.

He currently oversees all of the commercial production for Dungby Productions. He has produced and directed commercials all around the country, most recently for the Boston Red Sox.

He began his career in television working at ABC and FOX affiliates where he filmed and edited television commercials and promotions and worked on graphic broadcast design projects.

Aron has won numerous awards in television. He was recently nominated for two Emmys for his promotional videos on the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins. He has also won 5 Telly awards, 2 Vermont Association of Broadcasters awards, and a Michigan Association of Broadcasters award.

Aron was an Associate Producer and Editor on author Stephen King's "25 Years In The Dark". This hour long program, he helped produce with King, looked back on 25 years of his best selling novels being produced into motion pictures.

Aron began his career as a filmmaker when he co-wrote, co-directed, and edited a 30-minute short film, titled "Getting Rid Of Libby", which has been screened at numerous venues across the Northeast.

In 2003, a screenplay he co-wrote, titled "Loomis", was a finalist in Project Greenlight 2. Project Greenlight is a screenplay contest sponsored by HBO & Miramax. "Loomis" ranked in the top 4% of over 6,000 scripts. He is currently working on a number of other screenplays.

Aron was born and raised in Old Town, Maine. He is currently based out of the Boston office.
